I initially went to the bookstore thinking the book tour was there, but it was actually at the school. The staff were kind enough to direct me to the correct location. I still got a brief look around the bookstore—it was a full event at the time. Looking forward to visiting properly soon!

fantastic local bookstore that is warm, inviting, and has a wonderful community!! can’t recommend this place enough, it’s the perfect cozy bookstore to find your next book or casually browse. the selection is thoughtfully curated, celebrating minority authors and diverse stories — you’ll likely find a hidden gem you haven’t heard of before. Open mics are great recurring community events the shop owner Lucy and staff are kind and welcoming, 10/10 i highly recommend!

I absolutely love Yu & Me Books! Asian and queer owned with such a welcoming and cozy feel. They also offer basics for coffee and also canned beverages. Also included in the shops offerings are small businesses selling stationary, accessories, and even vinyl records! Definitely a must to stop by if you're in the area.

Quaint, whimsical little book shop! Friendly staff, coffee/drink options, staff-picks book options, and lots of great reading selections as well as a little reading nook. Love it !

Cute little bookstore tucked just off Chinatown. It has a thoughtful variety and selection of books, along with fun stickers and small finds that make browsing even better. I appreciate the strong Asian American focus throughout the shop, it gives the space a really unique and intentional feel. The music and overall vibe made it a great place to slow down and spend some time exploring. Definitely a spot worth stopping into if you’re nearby.

It includes a stupendous selection of worldwide narratives, poetry, secondhand books and a beautiful comfortably reading spot downstairs! It’s definitely the place to go in Chinatown! 💚 …

It's a pretty cozy bookstore with a good selection. If you here as a tourist, it's a great place to stop by and pick up some souvenirs. There's also a basement level with graphic novels, but keep in mind that there is not a lot of space down there.

amazing selection of new and used books very diverse every genre, centering queer, POC, and leftist books. they even have a cute little downstairs section with comfy chairs where you can sit and read. a cute coffee and hot drink bar up front with fresh made matcha and lattes. i love it in here it’s beautiful.

Yu & Me Books is a really cool little spot. They have a great selection of books, plus a bunch of collectible items that make it feel more unique than a typical bookstore. There's also a small coffee station, which makes it a nice place to hang out and browse for a bit. Definitely worth stopping in if you're in the area.

I ended up here totally by chance while waiting for a table to open up at Golden Diner. I was very impressed by the selection of books available and ended up taking home a graphic novel. The coffee was good, reasonably priced, and I was able to sit downstairs and read while I waited. The creators of Tubby Nugget were signing books while I was there in preparation for a meet and greet, so there seem to be events that happen here as well. Good sticker and postcard options, too! I love the postcard designs and texture, they are great quality. I bought two but only took a picture of one before sending them out.
